I graduated in Law from the University of Minho and after 8 years of practicing the profession, I discovered my passion.

People are the essence of companies and the way the organisation looks after its greatest asset has a direct influence on results.

I’m not in the nice business, I’m in the fair business. I love my job, not because it’s “nice”, but because I find fulfillment in helping the organisation achieve its objectives through human capital. In turn, these humans also grow, evolve, and develop at the same pace.

It is a strategic function, but it is also an art. Like all arts, it must be practiced daily for one to be truly good at it.
And this joint growth is the most important and rewarding part of my job as a people manager.
