I have been the coach of the STA team since 2016. I come from very diverse industries as if I did not know where to fit in. I went from selling computers and software to making cheese, through shock absorbers and exhausts, to making paper, to management consulting, and now aluminium parts.

The truth is, experiences in these varied industries taught me (and time and again re-taught me) a lot about best business practices, how to drive efficiency, how to calibrate goals and ambitions across functions, and how to link customer needs to business drivers.

I found my “home” in the STA family. Here I am proud and constantly amazed by the power of the human spirit. Here I am living my lifelong career vision of providing sustainable growth, making things bigger, happier, and more profitable. Here I can, enabled by an amazing team, constantly discover new opportunities for the company and its people.
